About Your Holistic Life Coach
Hi! I'm Danice (Dan-eese) Loveridge, Holistic Life Coach. What this means is I believe a person can achieve health and wellness in all facets of their life; mind, body, spirit, finances and that all of these facets are interrelated. My coaching will encompass all of these areas as we work on the areas you most desire to improve.
I began 4HealthyU six years ago after experiencing health coaching that led to personal transformation. Since becoming a Certified Health and Wellness Coach, my mission has been empowering others to live their best lives as they desire. My practice has recently expanded to include Life Coaching and Spiritual Coaching to meet the deeper needs of clients.
Additionally, as an ordained Deacon with the United Methodist Church, I assist with the ministry of a small church near Rockford, IL. Working with people in the church, helped me to define the passion of holistic life coaching.
I am a wife to a wonderful partner Mike, dog mom to sweet Savannah, a daughter to my aging parents, a mother to two strong adults, a grandmother to five amazing humans, a ministry professional, a gun violence prevention advocate, a chronic illness warrior and a trauma survivor. Each of these parts of me has come with joys and struggles. Through these struggles, I have become uniquely qualified to journey with others who are experiencing life's transitions and trials.
I consider it a gift and a privilege to journey alongside my clients as they experience moving from transition to transformation! Let's journey together as you become all you were created to be!
